Refund And Returns:

In an effort to get products to the customer in the fastest possible time, products are dispatched for delivery automatically from confirmation of the receipt of payment. The refund can be processed only if the original packaging is not opened and the items must be returned to us within 7 days from the day you receive your items.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s) (with the exception of applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges).

Defective Products

We will exchange the product if an item has a manufacturing or packaging defect. Please check all goods at the time of delivery.
